Our First strawberry flowers are developing in the glasshouse, this means we need to buy in bumble bee colonies for pollination.
Unfortunately Colder days recently means less strawberry flowers, therefore we are feeding the hives with supplement pollen to keep the bees working!
Heligan Gardens and Boddington’s berries have collaborated, to produce a range of chutneys. During the summer months, their head chef developed and trialed the recipes. We’ve helped bring the idea to life! The range includes;
