Made In Cornwall Christmas Fair 2019

It is almost as if we have blinked and December has arrived once again. It only feels like yesterday the farm had the warm sun beating down on it. Now, as the nights draw in and the days get forever colder, it must mean only two things… one - wear more layers, and two - Christmas Markets!!!

Last week we loaded up the van and made our way to the Made in Cornwall Christmas Market. A 5-day event held in the middle of Truro. We were joined by many other Cornish businesses, who like us, wanted to showcase their wonderful Cornish products to the public.

The atmosphere in the tent was vibrant, joyful and a tad chilly – thankfully we had dressed for the occasion! There was a delightful smell of Mulled Cider which filled the air of the marquee each day: keeping many people warm as they walked through and purchased various Made in Cornwall products. Throughout the show there were plenty of Christmas jumpers, carol singing, hamper giveaways (see the Made in Cornwall official Facebook page) and the all-time classic Christmas songs, played on the marquee speakers and getting everyone into the Christmas spirit -especially our team who were working on the stand!

It was delightful to see new and some familiar faces coming to say hello to us at the fair. We had a very busy and exhilarating 5-days.
Our next Christmas Market is at Fowey, 6th-8th December. We hope to see lots of you there too!
